Initial consultation can be either in person, by phone or video call.

Once we receive the required information we will complete an initial business and financial analysis. The information we require varies depending on your situation but generally includes financials, statement of assets and liabilities, profit and loss statement and may also include existing lending documentation, a cashflow budget and other information. Following our analysis we will contact you to discuss your situation further.

Step 3: Credit quote

We disclose fees payable before you make any commitment (generally your chosen lender will pay some or most of our fees). Our service is to get you the best possible finance products and terms.

Step 4: Funding proposal

We professionally prepare a funding proposal that captures the potential of your business and financial position.

Step 5: Present to banks

We present your funding proposal to your preferred banks (and lenders) and give them the opportunity to compete for your business.

Step 6: Compare bank offers

We compare and analyse the funding offers received from the banks and present them to you to select your preference. On some occasions we may conduct further negotiations on your behalf.

Step 7: Loan acceptance

Following the acceptance of your preferred funding offer we arrange loan papers for you to sign.

Step 8: Settlement and establishment of facilities 

We follow through to settlement (and beyond) to ensure your facilities are set up to your satisfaction.

Step 9: Ongoing reviews

We offer an ongoing review service to ensure you continue to receive the best finance products and terms.
